Limited Warranty

Our gear is built for the long haul. Every product from Shadow Circuits is backed by a Limited One-Year Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

1. Coverage
We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

2. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from field use
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
• Fading, stains, or cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect performance
• Damage caused by improper washing, storage, or modification

3. Remedy
If a product is deemed defective, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion. Proof of purchase is required.

4. How to File a Claim
Send an email to support@shadowcircuits.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and the issue
• A short description of what happened

We’ll respond with next steps and an evaluation process.

5. Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited to the value of the product itself. Shadow Circuits is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product use or failure.
