Returns

We want every customer to be confident in their Shadow Circuits products. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—within reason.

1. Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale:

• Custom or made-to-order gear
• Clearance or discounted items
• Gift cards

3. How to Start a Return

1. Email returns@shadowcircuits.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll issue a return authorization and provide instructions.
3. Ship the product using a trackable carrier. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an order error occurred.

4. Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (shipping fees are non-refundable).
